BAVT2K9 is not a license plate

The annual Brendan Tour is always the most fun weekend of the year, with its many long standing traditions and ceremonies. But with the next generation upon us, it was time for change. After a decade in Cape May, NJ, Simon hosted the Tour this year and we gave Kiawah, South Carolina a try. Beer bocce replaced beer croquet. But luckily, the more things change the more they stay the same.

We travelled directly from Maine to South Carolina, because if you are going to travel to a coast, you might as well travel the entire coast. The weekend was filled with more beach fun and games. And any acts of general goofiness were strongly encouraged. Veronica got her first taste of the ocean and after careful inspection, decided her parents were fools for dragging her on exhausting trips to different bodies of water. But Vv was able to get into the spirit and have fun.
