Carmen, Chi-Chi, and Henry? What more could a girl want?

Look what a twister dropped off in the Emerald City. Wait, how do I not have a picture of a niece in a Dorothy costume for that joke? That hardly seems possible. The girls of Bellingham Road had a whirlwind tour of the greater Puget Sound region. We fit in as much goofing off and as many birthday celebrations as we could.

The following weekend, Veronica celebrated Henry's birthday. Henry hosted all his friends and classmates for an afternoon of mayhem and gymnastics. While the 6-year old boys focused mainly on the rope swing and chucking foam cubes at each other, Veronica finally had a rumble strip all to herself.

Veronica finally took a trip down the left coast to see Uncle Brian and Auntie Sarah. And some sunshine too! If Veronica learned anything about SoCal, it's that you get to touch the animals. Dry ones, wet ones, and some that were a little too close. It was a quick trip, too quick, just barely enough time see some sights, bond with family, and fill up on pancakes.
